SMS Communications Policy

By providing your phone number to M923 AI, or by interacting with businesses that use our services where SMS communications are enabled, you agree that you may receive SMS communications related to permitted business purposes, such as:
•Appointment confirmations and reminders
•Business updates and follow-up messages
•Customer service responses
•Service notifications and operational communications
M923 AI may send SMS messages in two contexts:
1. Business Client Notifications
We send SMS messages to registered business clients who have opted in to receive notifications related to their account activity. These messages may include call summaries, customer interaction details, appointment updates, and service-related notifications.
Business clients opt in by providing their phone number during account registration and explicitly consenting to receive SMS notifications.
2. Caller-Requested Messages
In some cases, individuals calling a business that uses M923 AI services may request to receive information via SMS during a live interaction with our AI receptionist. For example, a caller may request a text message confirmation of an appointment or service inquiry. SMS messages are sent only after the caller provides verbal consent during the call.
SMS messages are strictly transactional and service-related. M923 AI does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Message frequency varies based on account activity or user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

SMS services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Actual delivery of messages may be affected by mobile carrier limitations, third-party platform performance, device compatibility, network availability, message filtering, geographic restrictions, or other factors outside our control. M923 AI and M923 Group LLC are not responsible for delayed, failed, intercepted, duplicated, or undelivered SMS messages.
