M923 AI is a service operated by M923 Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We may offer prospective clients the opportunity to test our AI voice receptionist services through a limited Free Trial or Pilot Program.

Purpose of the Trial

The purpose of the trial period is to allow businesses to evaluate how the M923 AI receptionist handles calls, captures information, and assists with customer interactions before committing to a paid service plan.

Trial Duration

Trial periods may vary depending on the specific offer but are typically limited to:

a set number of days, or
a limited number of calls handled by the AI system.

M923 AI reserves the right to determine the duration and conditions of each trial.

Trial Limitations

During a trial or pilot program:

Some features may be limited.
AI responses may still be undergoing optimization.
Custom integrations may not be fully implemented.

Trial services are provided for evaluation purposes only.

Conversion to Paid Service

At the end of the trial period, businesses may choose to:

subscribe to a paid M923 AI service plan, or
discontinue the trial with no further obligation.

No charges will be applied unless a paid service agreement is confirmed.

Trial Availability

Free trials or pilot programs may not be available at all times and may be offered at the sole discretion of M923 AI.
