Depending on configuration, interactions may also be recorded or transcribed.
Client businesses are responsible for ensuring their disclosure settings meet the requirements of applicable law in their jurisdiction, including any state or local laws governing AI disclosure in voice communications.

Businesses using M923 AI's services are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
