• Impersonation of individuals, businesses, or organizations without authorization

• Transmission of illegal, infringing, or malicious content

• Use that violates privacy, telecom, consumer-protection, marketing, or recording laws

• Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service
